Short version: I collect what I need to answer you, and I run ads.

What I collect when you contact me

If you fill out the form, I get your name, email, phone if you give it, what you shot, and your deadline. That goes into my customer system, GoHighLevel, so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. I do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not working on your project.

If you book a call, Calendly handles the scheduling and collects what you type into the booking form. Their privacy terms apply to that step.

What I collect when you just visit

Two things, and both are about knowing whether my ads and posts are working.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and where visitors came from. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

The Meta pixel tells me when someone who saw one of my ads visits this site, opens a service page, or sends me a project. It does use cookies and Meta can connect it to your account with them. That is how the ad platform works, and I would rather say so plainly than bury it.

How to turn the tracking off

Any of these work, and none of them stop you from hiring me:

  • Meta ad settings. Your Facebook or Instagram account has ad preferences where you can limit what advertisers like me can use.
  • Your browser. Blocking third party cookies or using a tracker blocker stops the pixel. The site works fine without it.
  • Skip the form. Text me at 435-229-6563 or email adam@grabyourassets.com instead. Then nothing goes through this site at all.

Your footage and your project

Anything you send me for a project is yours. I do not put client work in my portfolio without written permission, and if you are a producer or studio hiring me for your client, the white label policy on the editing page governs it.

I keep a backup of finished files for 30 days after delivery in case something goes wrong on your end, then it goes away.

Getting your data removed

Email me and ask. I will delete your record and tell you when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
